How to break the plateau.

Guys, gals, redditors. I’m struggling. I’m 35 days into my health and wellness journey. I’m down 25lbs! Great right? Except for the fact that I’ve been on a plateau for the past 3 weeks. Tips on how to break it?

What I’m doing. 25 Y/O male Start weight 265lbs Current weight 239lbs IF- 18:6 daily Walk/run 3-6 miles daily. Counting calories. 1200-1500 a day.

The first few weeks I lost the weight so fast. But now I’ve not dropped a pound in 3 weeks. Is this normal? Should I change it up? Thanks!
