Hey folks,
Slightly new to the whole counting calories business and had a question. In the morning I usually don't feel too hungry but end up having breakfast anyway, be it an egg or a piece of fruit.
That usually holds me up until lunch time when I typically have a meal that is on the lower end calorie wise.
But man, past 5/6pm when I get home from work I go crazy. This isn't to say I don't stick to my calorie intake, but just the sheer volume of food is kinda throwing me off.
Like I'll have tons of watermelon as of recently, and then maybe a diet soda with some salad. Then maybe some rice cakes or even just raw celery sticks. Keep in mind this is all pre-dinner (I know eating close to bedtime isn't ideal, but for now I'm focusing on caloric intake, and hopefully work on that later). I find myself feeling like I'm sort of on a binge, because I'm not usually hungry at this point just stuffing my face - but this time strategically and counting calories whilst doing so.
Come dinner time I'm usually never hungry but still up for a meal, and then have tons of calories to spare - usually for the weekend. Does this activity seem normal, or should I try eating each meal with an even amount of calories.
