Dinner is the lightest meal of my day!

I eat 3/4 of my calories before noon almost every day… This helps keep me satiated until dinner time. It’s important for me to consume many carbs, fats, and protein in the morning. Then, for dinner, I will have fiber and vegetables. But supper is in fact, my lightest meal. Afterwards I have no problem fitting in a dessert or two. I’ve found that my metabolism has increased due to this eating pattern. I’m able to feed that gluttonous feeling as much as I want to, but in the morning. Helps me curve cravings in the evening. Please, just try it out for yourselves. This is my most successful method for living a happy life with food freedom. Keep in mind that I wake around 6AM, immediately feeling hungry. The only downside to this is I have to be mindful about what I’m doing for the day, because if I fill up on too much, there will be a slump due to digestion. So the best thing I can do is make sure to wait two hours in between meals for the morning. For some examples this is what I have Before noon: protein oatmeal, almonds, fruit, granola bars, peanut butter on toast or rice cake. And for dinner: kidney beans, chickpeas, mung beans, mixed veggies. After dinner: popcorn, chocolate, candy, more granola bars. There is really so much that you can do to enjoy life when it comes to food. I have maintained my goal weight for so long now and this is my favorite method. Stay active and hydrated! Fuel your soul!
