I (15F) am 5’3ish and 143 pounds. My BMI is just at overweight and I want it to be in the healthy range. I brought my weight down from 151 but it isn’t consistent. Normally I have a bit of fruit for breakfast and fast for lunch. Dinner is never the same.
I do have a problem with snaking and binging. My parents always have more unhealthy stuff like chips or popcorn instead of fruit. How do I have more control over myself when it comes to this?
When I first started wanting to lose weight at around 150lbs, I would drink multiple bottles of water a day. I have recently gotten into the bad habit of barley drinking one a day and now I get headaches from it.
I try to walk or ride my bike everyday but I get home late and am not allowed to do it in the dark. I heard jump roping is good exercise.
Any advice or inspiration for me? I am fine with how I look now but I want to feel healthy.
