You’ve done it before, no matter how far it went no matter how many calories you binged there is always a path back, there is always a chance of return. You can always restore anything you lost and you didn’t lose much, a week is nothing in comparison to a lifetime. You choose now, and there are two choices, either you go back to old ways start eating, gaining, losing progress (which is a path that will eventually end and you will once again try to find your way back to this point, wishing you’d stop now, it’s just the same choice but with time wasted) or you continue with what you have and get to where you’ve tried so hard to get to already and where you’re so close to. All it takes is a choice. And this choice is in your hands. It’s the correct choice, forget all your stupid doubts, if you need assurance, listen to me, I’m telling you it’s correct choice. You don’t to need to look for reasons and decide whether those reasons are good enough. Months go quick, the sooner you get back on track the less you’ll realise you were off it. Don’t try to justify yourself, you made a stupid mistake because you’re stupid sometimes, that’s ok. You’re not gonna die and the world doesn’t end here. It’s not too late, in a week you’ll recover and in two you’ll have made progress. Focus on 5 days and you’re done, it will be fine. Forget this hellish week, don’t give into it because it’s trying so damn hard to take you in, it’s tried a lot and succeeded before but you know better, you can recognise it and know that it’s not you. Don’t look for signs or indication that this is it, this is how it ends because it’s crap, you’re looking for reasons yourself. It’s in your hands. You decide how and when. You need to keep going for a little longer, and I know struggle is getting to you but that’s why you’re doing it. That’s why you started it. Right now, that’s your main purpose. You know how to, it works. You know it’s what you need. You had a distraction, now focus, determination. Positivity, perseverance and patience.
