Eating in a surplus over the weekend to compensate for the week, how do I break the cycle

So as of this morning I weighed in at 199 after a weekend binge and i’m feeling crappy, yet again. During the weekday i’m able to control myself, be disciplined, not binge, I meal prep and track, I try to stay between 1500-1600 calories, some days I even eat 1200-1300. I workout 3-4 days a week and try to get 10k+ steps since I work a sedentary job.

The issue arises when the weekend rolls around and I go to my boyfriend’s house. He still lives at home with his parents who also babysit his nephews so the house is filled to the brim with snacks of all sorts. Me and my boyfriend became official in May and I’ve made it a point that I refuse to gain new relationship weight and he also agreed to it. We both go to the gym together and I can see that he’s getting more toned and buffer while I keep stagnating because the weekends. I don’t know why but it’s like when i’m over there we’ll eat breakfast, a heavyish lunch or dinner, then dessert and some snacks after and then we’ll drink here and there.

Yesterday we weighed ourselves after gorging on Chili’s and I was 202 which made me feel so embarrassed that I ended up making myself throw up. I’ll try to offset the binges by walking more or swimming at his place but we don’t always get to do that since we’ll be busy with other things. When i’m not at his place or i’m home/at work I don’t binge at all.

During the weekday i’ll eat a light breakfast, a heavyish lunch with protein (chicken, rice, veggies, or a lean cuisine), and then for dinner it’ll be a protein shake or tuna or a chicken wrap and that’s it. I’ve been fluctuating between 195-199 since the beginning of the year and I know exactly why but how do I break out of the cycle. I’ve tried cutting back my time at my boyfriend’s place to only going Sat night/Sun morning even.
