Before my vacation, I lost 46lb. I gained 3lb of “true fat” after a 14 day vacation in Florida and since returning, 2 days out of 16 I’ve eaten in a deficit, the other 14 days back have been from anywhere between 3,000 calories to 11,000 calories.
I’m tracking everything. I am weighting daily but nothing seems to stop me.
I know that this is a slippery slope and I worked way too hard to lose my 46lb.
How can I get back on the horse? It’s all emotional eating too! I am going through a sticky relationship situation, work stressors etc but it’s really no excuse.
