F29 5’0. I’ve been on a weight loss journey since March ‘25- trying to get down from 136lbs to an end weight of 115. I’ve stalled out at 122 lbs and I keep oscillating between 122-125 lbs for the last 3 weeks now. My weight loss is not super dramatic numbers-wise mainly because of my height, and I am also putting on a ton on muscle, and getting 100-115 grams of protein daily. I’m using Macro Factor to track calories and the plan I’m on has me at 1200 calories a day currently. I also do 1-2 hours of BJJ for cardio 2-3x a week and take a 15 minute walk throughout the day at my job. Has anyone else been able to push past a plateau like this? I’ve tried a refeed which has worked well for me in the past but now I just feel like it sets me back. I feel good otherwise- and I don’t feel like I’m starving even on just 1200 cals per day. Should I cut this further? What has worked for you guys to push past a plateau? TIA!!
