For reference I am a 5’10 Male 190lbs. I have lost around 60lbs since 2023. Over the past 2 months I have gotten into resistance training which I do 2x per week and every day I get in around 8000-10000 steps. I track my calories and eat 1800 calories per day with my keeping my protein intake at 130g per day. I also do 1 36 hour fast per week . I’ve been struggling to get below this 190lb Barrier for a couple of weeks . My clothes fit better I feel skinnier and I am consistently getting stronger in the gym . Is this a sign of progress or should I reassess what I am doing that is causing me not to loose the weight . Not seeing the scale move is really impacting my motivation. Thank you
