How do you get past the laziness/no motivation?

I am just into the obese category and I would really like to get out of that category. I know I would feel much better physically and mentally if I lost weight. I WANT to lose weight. But I cannot find the motivation to do the things I need to do in order to lose weight. I've tried to set non-weight related goals for myself, but I even lose motivation for those after a week or two. I also have a really bad addiction to junk food that I'm struggling to quit. I've tried working with a nutritionist but they don't understand that I know HOW to eat healthy, I just don't have the motivation or drive to do so.
