I began the week on Monday weighing 182-183 and after taking my first choreographed dance class (which was extremely intense) on Wednesday, the scale went up to 186.8 today (Friday). I have been tracking my intake, including snacks and stuff, so is this due to the workout? To be fair, I'm so sore still from the class it's insane, I can barely move 😅 I don't want to blame "inflammation" if I'm just lying to myself, but the scale number is ridiculous because there is NO WAY I ate that much this week.
Thanks for any help. I just need to know if I'm going crazy.
