6'5", Masc, 35yo -- 269 lbs to 200 lbs (so far) in 14 months.

While I was anticipating being able to make my 'Onederland' post today, even if it was just by 0.1 lbs, I did hit 69 lbs lost today, and honestly I'm glad I didn't miss that instead because I am very mature.

I really wish I could give more help or advice than just "consistently applied CICO and exercise over 14 months". Technically, as hopefully inspiration for those who stumble, there were definitely, during that time, also days, and even weeks, even a full month, where I stumbled and wasn't dieting or exercising.

But in spite of that, I would eventually just start again and now here we are. 15 more lbs to go (though now focused more on re-sculpting than strictly losing weight).
