Hi all.. been awhile since I’ve come on here as I had been doing well, but I’ve recently fallen off track again and can’t seem to get back with it. Since my best friend Bach trip in early September, I have been off/on with sugar cravings. It seems to be the main thing I’ll binge on. I don’t know why or what to do to stop it, my sweet tooth is wicked. I’ve put on 10-12lbs since early September and can’t find myself being consistent enough, and the holidays aren’t helping. I’m so upset with myself because I have her wedding next weekend and I feel like I look blown up now compared to what I was when I went on the trip. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m just down in the dumps and unmotivated.
