Here I Am Again :(

Too much to type. It's been a very traumatic 24 months with my mom passing away back in March. I was her primary caretaker for much of those two years, so I was (gladly) putting everything else on the shelf. Now that the world doesn't feel so surreal, I'm taking a hard look at myself and finding that I'm back at what is close to my highest ever weight. Walking more than a mile is a chore, I had to use a seatbelt extender for the first time EVER on a flight a couple of weeks ago.

In short, this sucks man. Majorly. But I lost 70lbs before and I can do it again.
