I’ll admit, I had a rough four days of eating starting on Thanksgiving. I struggle with binge eating disorder, and letting myself "enjoy" the holiday sent me into a spiral. Now it’s Monday, and I’m feeling... okay. Luckily, the scale reminded me that overdoing it for a short time doesn’t mean you’ll gain it all back instantly. So today, I’m back on track.
If your Thanksgiving eating didn’t go as planned, don’t be hard on yourself. Keep going, everyone—you’ve got this, and we deserve to feel good about our progress!
