Plateau at 240

so I started at 315 lbs which is about 142 kg's and I am down to 240 - 250 which is about 108 kg's. I have been in a plateau for about 2 and a half months at this point and I am just losing motivation, eating healthy, weighing all of my food, staying consistent going to the gym every day and doing cardio. So much so that eating healthy doesn't even feel like a task I NEED to do anymore I just do it. It's just starting to get annoying with the scale just not moving I lost motivation to continue strength training and just started doing cardio but still haven't seen any movement in about 2 1/2 weeks. My Calorie intake is 1,974 calories; 144g of carbs, 241g of protein, and 42g of fat.

Any tips on how to get over the plateau or any advice in general would be greatly appreciated.
