Did anyone feel colder than usual while losing weight?

I’ve lost 3 pounds over the past 2.5 weeks and I’ve been noticing how much colder I feel. I’ve always been someone who gets cold very quickly, but this feels a bit different.

For context, I’m 144 pounds right now and started around 147 pounds (5’3” 23F). I’m just barely overweight and I have been at a lower weight (130) for most of my life, and I don’t remember being this cold before.

Is this just something that happens as you lose weight? The last time I lost a lot of weight, it happened quite quickly due to the appetite suppressing side effects of a medication I was taking at the time. So I don’t have too much context on what my body should feel like while losing weight at a healthier rate. But I remember feeling super cold back then too.

I just want to make sure this isn’t something unhealthy or abnormal. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
