lots of questions

so i’m 24f, 5’1”, and 215 pounds. i walk my dog everyday for an average of .5 miles a day. i’m averaging about 5k steps a day, and i also jump on the trampoline almost 5 days a week 3 times for 5 minutes but it’s closer to me jumping a combined total of 10 minutes (i work with kids which is why that explanation is weird) due to this i put lightly active in the tdee calculator, is this correct?? also would it be okay to not be 100% in calorie deficit on weekends as my bf is a chef and sometimes it’s hard to figure out exactly how many calories something is. obv i would be eating mindful portions but would being a bit over two days out of every week tank my progress?? i know this is like a black and white thing but i’m a college student taking 6 classes and working so please be kind
