how to lose weight when given access to nearly unlimited food?

through my job, i have breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided for free. usually i end up eating 3 meals a day or 15 meals a week. the food is not unhealthy or poor quality, but no nutrition info is provided.

because of this, i have no way of measuring my caloric intake.

on top of that, they have areas with free snacks and drinks. some are decent like granola bars, sparkling water but cookies, chocolate, soda, chips and other things are also made available.

i don't see cooking all my food as an option. i simply would lose too much time and money. ive been eating out a lot on the weekends so i will definitely stop that though.

for the snack sections, im thinking of setting some rules and limits for myself such as only getting 0 calorie drinks or no snacks at all.

how can i make progress is the majority of the food i eat in a week is immeasurable?
