Hi! I am starting my journey on weight loss again. I had success in the past but circumstances are very different now. I’m a male at 247 lbs. goal is 180.
The biggest problem I have is finding food that is super tasty and can be meal prepped a few days in advance. I have found some cook books that have good macros in it. I have always struggled with balanced meals.
Those of you that have had success and consistency, do you try different recipes? Or do you typically stick with 1 protein source, 1 carb source, and 1 veggie? Then mix and match?
