i have recently lost about 40 lbs. when i was 40 lbs heavier i would EAT A LOT at least 2-3 big meals plus snacks per day. now i can only eat about 2 small meals (about half/ third of a “typical portion”) and maybe a light snack. it sucks cause i feel like i’m eating like a child but i get bad stomach pains when i eat more. is this normal? i assume it’s because losing weight has shrunk my stomach and how much food i can eat. ive been getting nervous to eat in front of other people because of how little i feel like I’m eating compared to others. plus i have to eat slow or i feel sick
