I'm looking to lose 20 pounds. I've been steadily gaining weight for the last 4-5 years, and now am afraid to look at the scale, as I'm at my all-time high.
I feel like a thing that complicates my CICO journey is that I'm marathon training. So some days I'll run 5-15 miles, then the next day I'll get 15,000 steps at work, and the next two days I'll be completely sedentary, so just sticking to a strict 1200-1600 calorie day no matter what just doesn't work, at my calorie needs vary a lot. So this complication is overwhelming to me.
I understand how CICO works, but have been having a hard time getting started. I'm looking for someone who can provide some technical cico support and accountability. Would prefer a zoom call once every 1-2 weeks.
Please let me know where to look. I tried Google and haven't found much. Thanks
