I just bought a Polar H10 heart rate sensor and it's behaving rather strangely, with my HR going up and down each second, and I'm just sitting.
This is the second H10 model I bought and I think the previous one was just mostly staying the same, or not changing as rapidly. I unfortunately lost the first one so I have nothing to compare this to. Do you think I've possibly got a defective model, or I'm just not remembering this right?
