Guys I’m fucking overeating myself but I’m still hungry. I don’t understand what’s happening I’m eating a lot but I still feel hungry few hours before I go to bed. Yesterday I had oatmeal, went to gym, and lunch was pasta. Then I had 4 wafers and 10 cookies which is about 1000 calories. I then didn’t eat nothing for the day and still craved gummy bears but outside is cold as fuck so I stayed home and ate yogurt. Today I woke up lighter.
Though yesterday I had no bread but today I ate buckwheat with bread and banana, for lunch two bowls of pasta with 5 pieces of bread and 5 candy, but I’m still hungry and I am sure I gained fat but how am I hungry if I’m eating so much? Then it means I lost weight but it doesn’t make sense how I lose weight if I ate a lot today.
Or maybe the hunger is because I stopped eating sugar much the past few days.
