hii so ive had this scale for like over a year and i just started using this function where it tells u all your body stats but i have no idea what any of it means in relation to how i should go about losing weight. Ive been having trouble losing and gaining the same water weight these past few months even when i up my intake and lower it again i cant get below 185lb. i was wondering if anyone knew how i could use these statistics to help me lose weight ! i just realized i cant add a photo so ill just type them out below
