Help! I am sick as a dog and I want to eat junk food

Basically the title. For some reason, I noticed that sticking to a diet when sick is especially tough. I was once steadily losing 1 kg per week for several months, but then I came down with long(ish) covid (took about 2 months to fully recover) and started ordering food every day (no healthy options available in my area on the apps) and undid a lot of the progress. The fact that I live alone doesn't help. Also, I think there is this subconscious mechanism of reaching for calorific food when lacking energy... Have you guys experienced this? What helped you overcome it?
