I have walked three marathons in the past month. Why am I not losing weight?

I worked out like crazy in July. First I signed up for a one week free trial at the gym, 8 miles from where I lived. I would walk my way there about 3 times during that one week and only once did I walk back. Each time I went there I would run for two hours straight on the treadmill. One time I ran two hours straight, went out to eat dinner, came back and ran another 1 1/2 hours. After that one week free trial expired, I hopped from one gym location to another and got a considerable amount of workout done. The last time I went to the gym was July 23 where I ran my usual two hours. I would only use the treadmill but not lift any weights at all. This is in addition to the 6-15 mile sunrise walks I'd done between May and July. I may still go on some sunrise walks again but it all depends on the weather.

After I ran out of gym free trials in mid to late July, I took my workouts outdoors and started trying long distance walking and running. On the first attempt I managed to walk ~25-26 miles. On the second attempt I walked 33.5 miles. On the third attempt I ran 10.6 miles and ran the remaining 4 miles for a total of 14.6 miles. On the the fourth attempt I ran 2.46 miles and finished walking 42 miles.

My weight has fluctuated but has remained at 143 lbs. For breakfast I eat an eggwich and sausage or burrito from Costco, a hard boiled egg, and two apples. For lunch I usually don't eat anything unless my colleagues bring in food, which has happened five times in July. For dinner I eat ramen topped with roasted seaweed, canned sardines, mushrooms, dried veggies, but no other seasonings. When I'm at home I usually eat bread, seaweed, or fruits for lunch. Last week my diet went off for a bit when I had three Panera Bread bagels in one day and ate at the same buffet twice per week. My weight went back down to 143-144 lbs again after that 42 miles walk, but I haven't been any skinnier than the past month. Last month I weighed only 140 or 141 lbs, and it looked like I was going to start losing some weight.

I am 5'9". My BMI is roughly 21.5. I would like to lose 10 more lbs, but I'm not sure if I can do it. My biggest concern is that my outdoor workouts will not be sustainable when winter comes around. I fear I might gain weight over the winter and lose all the progress I've made over the summer. What do I do?
