So I have been on a weight loss routine for 8 months now lost about 30 kgs as of this week. Am I happy yes but I'm getting tired of how slow the process it?
To speed up the loss and reach my goal weight I'm now doing a 1000 calorie deficit (total calorie = 1700) out of mental fatigue.
I hit gym 6 days a week, eat healthy, weight training, haven't had a drop of alcohol in 8 months, I stopped going out on weekends because I might drink when with people. Srsly missing on life right now. I'm still fat got belly folds, chest fat and what not :(
Age 25, Height 191cm (6'3") S.W = 124, C.W = 94, G.W = 85.
