Hey guys, A few years ago I decided to lose weight by cutting down on calories, doing 30-60minite work outs 5 days a week and just overall having a better diet. This went well up until about 6 months later when I started to get a bit obsessed and developed an eating disorder. This continued for about 2 years, and I’ve managed to overcome it late last year.
However, because of this I think I’ve developed stomach issues. Exercising and eating healthy/not overeating does help with that but I’ve just become so unmotivated recently and don’t know what to do.
I think I’ve gained about 5kg since then (although it doesn’t seem a lot) but I would really like to lose a little bit of weight again and eat better. I really struggle with snacking/bingeing now and wondered if anyone had some advice that could help me overcome this and get healthier and in better shape?
