First Time Trying

As the title states, this will be my first time trying to lose weight.

I’m 146cm and 49kg, just about overweight. I’ve been wanting to get fit for a while now because I like J-fashion and a lot of Japanese clothing is one size where I can fit, just not comfortably… I also often feel like I get out of breath easily so I just need to get in better health.

A little run down on the situation, I don’t do any exercise at all, the only time I walk around is if I’m on holiday or at uni which is not great 💀 so because of this, I eat once a day and I drink only when I eat. On top of that, I’ll drink either juice or fizzy drinks and snack on sweets if I have them.

My goal is to reach 38-40kg by the end of the year, I think it is possible as long as I put the work in. I’ll be moving to Japan next month too, so when I get there I’ll get a gym membership.

Starting with baby steps, this is the plan for this month — Walk for 30 minutes a day — Cut out sugary drinks — Snacks are allowed, no more than one type of snack a day though (e.g. Pringles = 1 snack, waffles = 1 snack, gummy bears = 1 snack) — 10 push ups a day, 20 star jumps a day

I think this is a good plan so far, but I would like some feedback if there’s anything else I could add! 😸
