SV: ive been consistent with daily morning weigh ins using a smart scale that tracks fat and muscle mass (i know it may not be fully accurate but im sure its at least consistent). measurements are denoted with a certain color depending on whether or not they are 'good' or bad measurements: weighing in as obese is red, overweight is yellow, acceptable is light green, healthy is dark green. i recently made the transition from slightly obese to just overweight in both my weight and BMI, and today i officially lost 10 lbs! i love consistently seeing the yellow instead of red now, and am so excited to eventually reach the green.
NSV: my pants feel much looser and i have to pull them up more throughout the day!
