is 15lbs dumbells enough for working out at home while losing weight?

Hello everyone! I'm a 22F aiming to lose fat (I've lost 15lbs so far and want to lose an additional 40lbs at least) while maintaining/gaining some muscle. Specifically, I'd prefer not to lose my glutes but instead replace fat with muscle and fix the shape a bit. I'm not looking for any extreme growth but I keep seeing and hearing that you have to lift heavy in order to build your glutes, however I'm currently unable to join a gym. So I'm wondering, can I realistically have some results at home with only a pair of 15lbs dumbbells?

ETA: I've worked out with 3kg (6.6lbs) dumbbells for around 2 months, here's a body pic/ the "results" , but I'm pretty sure that won't be enough so I'm looking to upgrade
