I'm really proud of myself

Hello everybody! Sorry for being kind of brag-y but I went on a run (for exercise) for the first time today and it made me really proud of myself.

My family all left the house today briefly so I was able to run on the treadmill for a bit without feeling self-concious. I was only going 4.8 mph for about 10 minutes so it wasn't a massive calorie game-changer but I was sweaty and breathing heavy at the end. I don't know how to explain it but it made my chest feel really good? Like I'll get chest pain when I'm stressed but this was the opposite, it just felt really nice. And it was surprisingly easy. I had some sort of a weird mental block for a bit where I was okay with walking but afraid of running because I didn't want people to hear me breath or see me get sweaty but I put on a YouTube video on my phone and because I was inside all alone, it ended up being okay.

That's really it; I was just proud of myself and figured I'd share here because it's relatively anonymous so I don't need to feel embarrassed when bragging to my friends who are all way thinner and probably not impressed by a 10 minute jog.
