Pcos ladies who lost weigh, did it change your life?

Did losing weight effect your body for the better? And what about overall life? As in how did it change your daily life, and what changes did you notice after losing weight and reaching your goal. What about confidence and self-love? Social life and everything.

I’ve been struggling with weight since I was 12, ever since developing pcos, and before that I was just a girl playing sports. But then I started to gain weight for no reason, and it’s been a part of me since now, 11 years after.

It’s been killing my mood, my joy to go out and experience the world, constantly about my weight and other pcos symptoms.

I’ve been told constantly that losing that weight would help my symptoms, and it’s sounds too good to be true. I feel like if I lost weight and my symptoms to be gone, I’ll be so much more complete with myself. Probably since they all contribute to insecurity.

Going outside feels shameful. Pcos weight gain has always been my largest struggle, more than chin hairs or hair loss. But I’ve finally lost a few kilos with the help of a professional, but it’s been so hard and such an exhausting experience. And yet I got hope.

So cycters, do people look at you differently? Do you love your body more after losing weight? Did much change or not at all? How much life changed compared to before?

Please share your story❤️ I’m just a pcos girl needing motivation.
