One-derland

Started last May at 275lbs and this morning I reached One-derland (199.9lbs). I'm 41M and 6ft tall. Been loosely tracking calories (I've done this a ton in my past attempts at weight loss so I know my calories and portions pretty well). Also been doing intermittent fasting with my eating window between 10am and 6pm. Been trying to get a minimum of 8k steps a day, though I usually exceed that by at least a few thousand steps. Also added pushups to my routine in the past few months.

Mostly a lurker in this community but love the resources and support. Keep at it.
