I’m starting my diet right now. I’m a vegan so switching to fully plant-based could be ok. I’ll make exceptions for food when out for dinner (but hopefully still tasty and somewhat healthy) and drinking alcohol on occasions - hopefully more when I lose more and can go out more.
I’m 24 and about 275lbs and sick of having wasted my life. I’m itching to get going with this and I’m not looking for any downvotes and criticism to what I’m saying. I’m doing it this time. I’m getting myself to where I want to be.
