Hello hello. Sorry if this post is not allowed but I recently gained some weight that I think noticeably impacts my appearance and I genuinely hate imagining myself in public. Like just walking around makes me paranoid that people are watching and judging me (which is a big issue because I love to walk).
Because some of the gain is recent, in my head I'm still at my previous size so it's kind of an unpleasant surprise to see myself in the mirror. Do any of you have any quick tips for dealing with this feeling while I'm losing?
