I've been on a journey to improve my health and fitness, and I've made some significant progress.I've lost around 10kg and cleaned up my diet. However, despite these efforts, those pesky love handles just won't budge ! My BMI is currently 26, and while I'm happy with my overall progress, I'm frustrated with this stubborn area. I've been incorporating various workouts targeting my core and have been mindful of my calorie intake, but it seems like the love handles are holding on for dear life.
