Is this a Plateau, or should I be worried?

Let's see if I can manage to hit word count this time.

27, female, 5'4"ish.

For the last 2 weeks, maybe more, I have gained and lost the same 2 pounds several times. By the end of each week, I'll be at 228, and some change. By Tuesday of the next week, I'll be back at 230. I'm staying consistent with my food intake and working out every day (cardio daily and weight several times a week). Is this just a plateau that I have to work through? I know I'm probably overreacting, but it's disheartening and I can't find anything helpful online. I'm around 30 pounds down and feeling great, I know I'm making great progress toward my goal, but seeing the number go up and down for so many days is really just upsetting.
