Hey all, I’m starting my fitness journey in earnest this and have set some goals for myself to accomplish. One of my goals for the year has been to find four new workouts I enjoy and can incorporate into my fitness routine. So far my regular routine is treadmill/elliptical, rower, and weightlifting (dumbbells/bar) and an workouts. 30-60 minutes usually gives me a pretty good workout feeling but I want to try new activities so I don’t get bored.
So far I’ve gotten to try Pilates with a friend who suggested it so I’m going to try attending a weekly class. But do any of you have suggestions of some of your favorite workouts?
