I am 32 female 190 lbs. 5'4" I am struggling to lose weight. I have hypothyroidism which I have heard makes it harder to lose. I got down to 179 and plateaued and then quit smoking and shot right back up to 190. I have tons of motivation as I HATE how I look in the mirror, but it all just seems so overwhelming to do. I hate going to the gym I prefer to work out alone. But doing anything at home seems impossible. I have ADHD and it's so hard to stick to any sort of routine. My goal weight is 140 but I would be happy with 160. I just don't even know what to do. I love to cook and I love to eat healthy so that's not really a problem. It's the snacking since I quit smoking and I don't know how to stop. Plus 2 kids and being a married single mom isn't helping. But the more I talk about why it's so hard the more it feels like just excuses. Not sure what I am looking for exactly, just venting. If you have any words of encouragement or advice I'm open to that too. Thank you.
