So I guess everyone here knows this but just wanted to highlight how much of a difference water weight can make.
Yesterday evening I walked home and weighed myself when I got in. I was feeling ’light’ and indeed I was at my lowest weight so far in this journey. Yay! Then I did some HIIT and ate a big bowl of ramen.
This morning when I weighed myself I was 3lb heavier! Obviously I know I haven’t gained fat overnight and it is water weight, but really brought it home to me how much difference this can make.
