So i really want to become more fit and lose weight. I havent really been physically active for a couple months since I did online school, but recently switched to in person classes so I could walk more.
I was thinking about joining soccer at my college. Would this be a good idea? Im kinda nervous as Ive never joined a sports team before but soccer is fun to me! Im just worried at being bad at it lol. Also would it help me tone up my legs and butt? I have chubby legs which i dont like. Im 5’0 and around 120 pounds, so id like to become fit before summer starts. Hopefully I could drop at least 20 pounds or until i lose weight in my desired places.
I was thinking about joining a yoga class too, but i think id rather do it on my own at my home
Please let me know if this is a good choice or if theres any other sport/activity i should consider. Thanks!
