Hi everyone,
So i’ve been wanting to start to lose weight and i want to start and eat in a deficit.
I want to know my tdee to be able to eat less and be in a caloric deficit obviously.
Like i think i’m gonna stay in a 500calorie deficit in order to lose about a pound of weight a week.
Also i don’t wanna lose that much it’s more like a mini cut.
So the thing that i’m struggling with is the tdee calculator.
So i wanted to kinda check my tdee out but it’s really confusing and i’m a bit struggling to know what and which options should i choose.
Like for height and weight and age it’s pretty obvious.
But the main thing i don’t know is to what to choose for activity level.
So like what is considered light,moderate or high activity?
I mean how much working out or how many steps etc?
