How do I prevent stretched skin after weight loss? (18M, 220.46lb/100kg, aiming for 154.32lb/70kg).

I'm starting slow; I'm currently on a caloric deficit of 500 and doing 20 minutes of jump ropes every day. I plan to increase these numbers after a while, but... My biggest concern is with how my skin will react to the weight loss after a time.

People say they have increased wrinkles and look older. Does losing weight at a slower pace decreases the chance of this? Are there any types of nutrients or vitamins I could increase to help with this?

Also, they recommend building muscle to help with stretched skin, but I'm not really that focused/interested in having bigger muscles.
