I have been trying to eat better to stay full for longer and not be starving at night like I always am. Therefore, I am eating a healthy and decently high protein lunch when I was previously not eating this meal. It has been fine over the last few days, but I ended up eating a large and unhealthy dinner today due to lack of control-- and I feel worse about it because of the extra few hundred calories from lunch, since in the past at least I did not have those adding on. I just feel frustrated with myself.
