I (34F, 145 lbs, 5’7”) want to lose about 10 lbs. MyFitnessPal says I should eat 1240 cal/day to lose 1 lb per week, and that number seems very low to me… I thought 1200 was pretty much the minimum someone should eat, and I am not that short… any thoughts/guidance?
For extra context, I work a desk job and have successfully lost this amount of weight in the past by being more active, but have been having trouble sticking to an exercise plan lately so I thought I’d try focusing on food instead. I already intermittent fast naturally because I am never hungry til lunchtime.
