Sugar free stuff and nausea

For years I didn’t know why I was getting nauseous and extremely hungry not long after eating / when intermittent fasting. Last week I was eating sugar free jello and I got EXTREMELY NAUSEOUS. So much I ended up having to eat a lot of high calorie foods to stop the feeling. I know it was the sugar substitute. Then after thinking about it more I tried not using sugar free creamer in my coffee, but using a just creamer without anything else instead. No more nausea. No more crazy hunger. Don’t feel like snacking. My calorie limit is 1500 cal to lose 1 lb a week and I didn’t even hit that yesterday and was fine.

I thought people who said sugar substitutes make you more hungry were crazy. Turns out I was crazy
