Massive losses to getting stonewalled by the scale

Hello all

I have been trying to lose some of the pounds my antipsychotics have thrown at me the past year. My mental health is more stable then ever but hitting the big 300 was a wake up call so I bought a spin bike and a Garmin to monitor my progress

I fast through breakfast and peddle like there is someone chasing me with a syringe full of poison for 30m everyday. I was dropping about a half pound a day until the past three days which have been a within a margin or error of about 292.5 pounds

My daily burn rate is 2000 cals according to my body fat scale, so I have been eating 1500 a day, and burn 400 on the bike (according to the Garmin) puts my total deficit at 900 a day. I understand the first few pounds would be water weight but shouldn’t there still be a slight dip after a three day trend at such a deficit?

I value your input, thank you for reading
