Advice Please!

I’m currently 164 CM height 182 LB, I was 186 2 weeks ago. I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago as well. I got a full body scan and was told my fat and lean body mass and water weight was all high. I want to lose weight, I currently do about 45 minutes on the treadmill a day at 5 incline 2.5 speed and then I use some of the strength training equipment and my workout is usually 1 hour, sometimes 10-15 minutes more than that.

My breakfast usually looks like: 2 eggs overeasy One medium potato, seasoned and air fried Coffee with oat creamer (no sugar)

And I usually only do dinner after this, but it’s never too much. Dinner is dependant on what I have and what I have time to make, but it’s always in portion. Sometimes it’s chicken and veggies, sometimes it’s quinoa and chickpeas. I don’t allow myself to ignore my cravings during dinner as well, because I have a history of binge eating when I restrict myself too much, so sometimes I’ll have a cookie or two too.

Now my question is, obviously I’ve lost some weight (probably water weight) how likely is it for me to continue to lose weight, and how far can I go with this lifestyle? How long do I need to wait to see a difference? How to not get discouraged and keep going? And am I doing something wrong?

I’m 21 years old and I hate my body. I need to do something about it without starving myself or depriving myself from things I will crave like crazy.
